These conditions govern sales made through the site villaeatsaruba.com, dedicated to home chef services, gourmet deliveries and other associated services.

Order

The order is considered firm once payment has been made and validated on our site. A confirmation email will be sent to the buyer once the order has been validated.

Price

All prices displayed on our site, for all our services, are indicated in US Dollars, including taxes.

Orders from our menus or à la carte are accepted for a minimum of 4 guests and up to a maximum of 30 guests, whether for delivery or a chef's service at home.

For requests exceeding 31 people, please contact us for a tailor-made quote for our corporate and event catering services.

Cancellation conditions

• Standard cancellation:

  • Free cancellation up to one week before the event.

  • 50% refund between one week and 72 hours before the event.

  • No refund possible less than 72 hours before the event.

• Special dates (December 24/25/26/31, January 1, February 14 and Mother’s Day):

  • Cancellation or modification without charge (except a deduction of €19 per file for processing costs) at least 14 days before the scheduled date of the service.

  • Refund of 50% of the total amount of your reservation if canceled between 14 and 7 days (inclusive) before the scheduled date.

  • No refund if canceled less than 7 days before the scheduled date.

The scheduled date of the service is understood as the date and time of table service that you indicated during your initial order.

Partial cancellations (reduction in the number of guests) follow the same rules as the cancellation conditions mentioned above.

Responsibility

villaeatsaruba.com undertakes to provide the services in accordance with the descriptions provided on the site. However, the site cannot be held liable in the event of failure to fulfill its obligations due to force majeure.

The personal information collected on the site is intended for order management and commercial relations. They will not be transmitted to third parties.
